Question for the Ladies

Ok, so when you wear a dress/skirt, do you usually have anything on underneath, or do you just throw it on over your underwear?

I'm curious because this is my first year as a music major in college, and I want to validate a little complaint! ;) I always have to set aside a good chunk of time to get into my tux before a performance because there's so much to worry about when it comes to simply getting it on.
It always seems like the girls are changing at the last minute with ease.

Not just for performances though, for the parties afterward, the girls always seem to be done changing in an instant and waiting on us guys

I'm still in high school, but our choir girls don't usually wear anything under ours, especially if we are changing costumes in the middle of a show.

I'm in band where we have to wear dresses, and i don't wear anything underneath except for nipple covers so my nips don't get irritated. No one has said anything so far when we change, so i guess i'm okay!
