It's been 3 years 354 days and 22 hours since I last cut but:

I've thought about it all day
I need to be punished
No one else will punish what they cannot see so it has to be me
I failed again
The scars never fade
And the scissors are right there

Focus on the 3 years 354 days and 22 hours! You went so long and have done so well so focus on the reasons you stopped. I've relapsed before and the only thing that stopped it becoming a habit is the knowledge that I would have to get into the vicious cycle of hiding them.

You're not a failure for this, don't let this undo the long, long time you went without it, does anyone else know you self harmed? Can you talk to anyone about it? Someone you trust?
