I've been lifting weights for a semester now! :showoff:

The answer is no.
Weight training does NOT make puberty go any faster or slower. It simply builds muscle, maybe makes your body release endorphins (natural feel-good things, like normal exercising does). But really, there is nothing in the world that is [a] safe/sure guarantee for making puberty end, start, go faster or slower.

But after getting stronger and building muscle, it makes you feel a lot better about your appearance.

i don't think it would move puberty along, however it may help your muscle development?
