No you are not. You have another 6 years of developing at least so it will grow a lot in that time. You will have only just started puberty so things will only get bigger from here on. In the years between 13-14 my penis grew from 5-7". So dont worry.

If you are asking for what is normal for your age then it is a very hard question. Becuase everyone is different. You can rely on online averages but they arent very accurate.

Do you have sleepovers with your mates? If so try and slip in a question about their size. Thats what I did and somethings may surprise you :)

Most guys are paranoid, or boastful, about their penis size. It may be hard, but the best thing to do is to realise it doesn't matter. Any penis size is fine, as long as you can see it. The chances are though is that you will continue growing til you are about 17/18, but we can't tell you that for sure. Don't be worried about it, as long as your erect penis size is somewhere above 4" by the time you're an adult you'll be able to satisfy whoever you're supposed to be. Nah dude. The average erect size of a fully grown male penis is 5-7 inches, which means you are already average and you are only 13 so you still have a long time to grow. Maybe that thing will grow to be a 9 incher or something... You can only hope.
