So I'm wanting to get abs. And decrease body fat. If I were to eat a PB & J sandwich (jiff Peanut butter with the nut chunks inside, and normal strawberry jam with whole wheat bread) everyday (till Christmas day, then resume after Christmas till jan. 2, 2012, and have 1 cheat day) how much body fat would I lose?

I will be working out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On those days I will have half a chicken breast that day and the day after (for recovery) I'd have the other half for dinner. But that will start the day after Christmas day. I will still have the pb&j sandwiches, but instead for the last meal of the day I'll have a chicken breast (half). I will stop eating like that on Jan. 2.

So how much body fat will I lose?

Also. For drinks I'll have OJ (orange juice) and water with Mio (water inhancer with 0 calories and sometimes milk)

No, not really. The bread isn't good for fat loss. Neither is the jelly (or orange juice) with all the sugar.
A better diet to lose weight would be cutting carbs and increasing healthy fats. Chicken breasts is good though.

Well,in my opinion eating varied food is good as you get all the things the body needs or should have
Those "your not allowed to eat this or that" diets arent that good, except a non fast food diet :P
Also, eating often but little is a lot better than eating a lot and rarely

i wouldnt recomend the pbj because of the sugar. stick with the chicken and add some carrots. also for more energy eat half a cup of rice about 45min. before you work out. its full of good carbs that will burn fast so you get that extra boost of energy plus you will end up burning it all up so no extra fat. only large problum is you regimen is so short that you probubly wont see much results.

fat = calories in - calories out

that's the equation. so if eating pb&j sandwiches means you eat less calories than you burn, you will lose bodyweight. when you're losing weight though, you should be eating more nutritious food than normal, and pb&j is probably less nutritious than normal. in that sense it's not ideal. also, since it's not super high protein, not eating a lot of food overall will probably lead to some muscle loss.
