wear a thermal top underneath, and say your required to wear it for medical reasons, and if they ask what say ranards or another condition that means you cant get too cold.
i used to use this all the time, untill i was advised to wear one for real as i would collapse when i got to cold :L

Could you not tell the examination officer why you cant?
If not, makeup, bracelets, bandage?
good luck in your exams :)

I would think you just wear a bandage or something it's or just go ahead and roll them up and if anyone ask what happened to the scares then tell them you got in a bike crash or something.

Next time your at the store, buy Vitamin E capsules, pop them open with a needle ect. and rub the insides on your wrist. Coco butter would help too. The scars will start to fade. The day of the test, put a few layers of foundation over your wrists. I've found that as long as my cuts arn't fresh, no one notices. So even if you can see them a little, it prob. won't matter Hope I helped =/

Yeah bandage sounds good I've done that for stuff before as an excuse as to why I'm wearing a cardigan, like I'm self concious of the bandage so I'll cover it. If anyone asks, laugh and say you burnt your arm on the oven or something, say how clumsy you are and expect a few jokes but other than that it should be fine.
Or try bracelets etc. I've never found make up to work personally but you could try it.
Or it depends how prominent your scars are it wouldn't work for me, but if they're not too visible you could cut up some nude tights wear as arm warmers hide the one end up your sleeve and the other under a couple of bracelets? As I said mine are too visible for this but in my head it sounds like it might work.. Give it a go if you want? :P
