so im taking notes in math class, and when i accidently write a word, and it looks 'messy' , then i have to erase that part and then try to write it again, and i just have to keep erasing until i get it right. and im practically sweating in class, all frusterated! i get so exhausted its not even a bit funny. i get angry from that too, so yea its weird. i just have to have my words look perfect. i have a BAD case of OCD, seriously...:(

i get frustrated in my classes to a point that if someone left a gun by my desk i'd kill the teacher just because whatever she writes on the board goes slightly up or downward slanting. One time, someone looked over at me and was like "whats your problem?" and i could've punched that person in the face just to relieve my stress.

Maybe you should try closing your eyes, and not looking at what you write. And if you notice something close your book for a minute, and just stare at your desk or the front of your book. Maybe take a few deep breaths, but if ur really getting annoyed, theres always pills, if you arent already on them

I get sooo angry in classes that include a whiteboard and a teacher that just doesn't rub everything off! They miss lines of pen on the board and I just want to walk up there and slap them round the head and rub everything off! It drives me up the wall. -.-"

that happens to me too everything has to be perfect was i just have to do it again. have you tried breathing in and out or try thinking about something else that you like or are interested in
