i have an exam in 3 weeks and i'm expected to roll up sleeves before hand for the teachers to check we aren't cheating
how do i get away with no one seeing my scars and cuts?
and what would be best to say if i was approached after?

You could try putting band-aids over them, or covering them with makeup to match your skin tone. If you can't though and are approached after, just say that you've stopped and it's no longer an issue.

This is a perfect motivation to start quitting. You can't imagine the guilt and the embarrassment I felt when I used to cut. Having to try different things, and going through the hassle of concealing my cuts. I know how you feel, but think of this. If you didn't cut in the first place, you wouldn't have to worry about hiding or covering up those cut marks.

Try to rub some petroleum jelly or some disinfectant cream used for cut injuries. Try not to cut between that time period. The cuts should heal by the time of your doctors appointment. If the cuts are still visible, and the doctor asks you, say that you got into a fight with a cat.

use concealer or foundation on your arms, that's what I was going to use during a doctors appointment.

Okay well obvious is obvious, don't cut for the next 3 weeks. I had the same issue recently, realizing I was gonna have to try on T-shirts and things my mom gets me for christmas, so I did my best not to cut on my arm until christmas.

By then, the scars should be healed and faded enough to not be that noticeable if you cover them up with foundation and powder.
