if its at the base near ur stomach then tis normal. if u have hair growing out of your shaft near ur head then thats weird

It's common for hair to grow around the bottom of the shaft (JUST THE BOTTOM!!) which you will feel when masturbating, but hair that's up really high (near the head) is...not right. I actually have never heard of it happening before...
