ya Im alright nothing happend but call the a really weird freaking coincidence and im not freaking kidding at all my younger sister basically fainted so I yelled for my parents to get up and I have no clue what to say am I like a ticking time bomb here?? im not feeling anything yet???

I took 5 iron pills too but stoped when the whole younger sister fainting thing happened iwhich isnt as big as the Advil thing b/c I drank like half the bottle

I just told them I didnt think it was a good idea to go to to school today my dad was to pissed off b/c i was crying "over nothing" and I couldn't tell him I think I'm going to be fine though I just feel a little nauseous and warm but my stomach isn't in like severe pain or anything

1) so you can get help with the way you are feeling
2) So you can get checked out and make sure your ok

I'm okay you guys I actually had more iron pills then posted but I just didnt feel like talking about it. But anyway im fine I felt pretty sick the whole day just got the chills at first, had a really nasty metalic taste in my mouth, a fever, then I thew up twice (to much information sorry) but after throwing up I started feeling better I still wasnt able to really tell my parents though since I was scared but I had an appointment with my therapist today by chance and ended up telling her I felttt suicidal at first and I told her I started cutting again long story short I talked it out with my therapist and I was finally able to tell my mom about me cutting after like 3 years and she knows about today Im going to get help tommrow. Thanks for the answers you guys
