me and my neighbor are around the same age. we are not gay but we sometimes "see each other". he started puberty arounbd like 7 months ago when he told me he first ejaculated. he has no leg hair, facial, he sort of started his growth spurt and like his voice is cracking before everything else except his balls. is that normal? and also his penis is GINORMOUS! its really big, his girth has to be roughly 1/2 a foot around his penis and its like 7in long? is this normal (EDITED to make sense lol)

Ejaculation generally isn't the first sign of puberty; pubic hair is. But, of course, everyone develops differently. What "normal" is, is unimportant.

As for your friend's endowment, that's not really "normal" either. It's well above average for an adult, let alone someone who just recently has started puberty.
