How do I build up the confidence to take my shirt off infront of people, I am really thin and everyone finds it strange I dont take my top off but I am too shy about my body...

you could try being without your shirt at home for a short time maybe. or on a warm day take it off for a few minutes when with your friends. nobody should care that you're skinny. i am too

im not overweight, but i have a liiitttle chub, i guess average, and i find myself worrying about the same thing sometimes. believe me its better to be thin than overweight. It just takes some getting used to. As someone else said just hang around with your shirt off. Maybe even wear tanks more often as they show more.
It does take some time, well as it did for me.

If that little chubbie kid off of The Goonies can take his shirt off, so can you! Do the truffle shuffle!

Meh, it's better than being the opposite and overweight. Just jump in the pool or whatever and have fun.
Totally agree with this! :)

I know how you feel. I am wicked skinny too but it makes it really easy to develop abs. I found working out once a day really builds them. You won't regret it.

An overly skinny guy is more accepted than an overweight guy is when getting naked or shirtless. Just think of that and get into it - once you've done it a few times around friends and family then you'll get more confident to just do it whenever you like.

If you feel more comfortable with your shirt on, then by all means keep it on! If they're your friends they won't mind. But if you really do want to start taking off your shirt, start at home, or in a small group of close friends. Maybe even a small pool party. Ease yourself into it, and don't feel pressured by what others think.

This.
If you're uncomfortable in it don't rush into it. Don't let other peoples' thoughts bother you.

I used to have the same problem, what I did is love me the way I am. I am skinny and I don't care what everybody think because it's my body. Just be confident about yourself.
Totally agree with this.
