the only part that I envy girls is when going skinny dipping it's hard to do without getting a boner and looking like a pervert, if I had a vagina it's less noticeable to tell a girl's aroused and therefore you wouldn't look horny. Heck I've gotten many boners even when I'm NOT horny which can be embarassing.

I've never really been jealous of other girls' genitals, I have been jealous of some people's boobs though.

As for "penis envy," only back when I was straight (yeah this is a long story. I'm asexual now). It's so fucking easy for guys to orgasm >.<
