Give it a few hours - a day, if you have any problems urinating or it becomes very painful go and see a doctor, also go and see a doctor if the swelling hasnt reduced in a day or so

Don't mean to worry you, and obviously I can't see it, but it could also be paraphimosis, which is a medical emergency. Look it up, and ask your dad! (Or go to the doctor's.)
