Sister's Underwear - ADVICE NEEDED!

So I'm 19 and currently on university break so I have taken over the household duties - one of which is the folding. I put my mum and sister's underwear into a basket for them to fold, but I have just found two sets of underwear of my sisters similar to the ones in the link above. She is 17, and I know that the majority of people her age are "sexually active", but these underwear are basically totally transparent except for a little bit of padding at the bottom to cover her "opening". Should I say something about her wearing such revealing underwear or hope that it is nothing?

Well hopefully she's going out of the house with pants or a skirt on. Don't worry no one will see unless she takes off her pants so what's the point of worrying?

As above users said, the only time they will be seen is if they are coming off anyway... so why worry lol

She probably just liked the underwear, it's weird but sometimes girls are more confident in underwear they like even if they don't plan on letting people see it. If it's the fact that you think this might mean she's sexually active and for some reason that's bad, then yeah I guess you can bring it up although it's not really your business. Otherwise though, it doesn't matter and I wouldn't worry about it :)

its her own life and shes an adult, she can wear what she wants lol, also i doubt shes just gna walk around in her underwear... so nobody is going to see anything as long as she is wearing clothes

What a girl wears underneath doesn't necessarily reflect who they are or what they do. I have a friend that all the guys think is really cute and innocent, but she wears the tiniest thongs of anyone, though she isn't sexually active. I don't think it's a big deal if teens are sexually active or not as long as they're in a relationship and for Gods sake use a condom.

OK, here is what I think:

She can pretty much wear whatever she wants at this age, so she is extending on that right. Of course, I don't know your sister so I cannot make a completely fair argument, but I really think that it is nothing to be worried about. Mainly the only GOOD advice I can offer is if you really think it is necessary, go talk with her.

Thanks everyone for the advice =). I am less concerned with telling her she shouldn't wear it as she is basically an adult so it's her choice, but more concerned with the fact that she is still in high school and with the skimpy clothing that she wears I don't want her getting a name for herself from what the perving boys see.
