Little red bumps?

I get these weird rashes that come up at random times for aparently no reason. Their just tiny red bumps that go in perfect lines, mostly on my legs and arms. Sometimes they stay that simple, but other times, they get really bad, where they start bleeding like crazy if I so much as look at them wrong. I've got tons of scars from these things!
They hurt and itch like mad too.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be?

From what your describing it could be a contact allergy, meaning you could have a reaction to something you have come into contact to, ie changing of washing powder, you may have a reaction to it. Could be a cream you use of your arms and legs, may not agree with your body. From researching your symptoms that's the main thing that came up.

In all your local GP is probably the best bet, as he/she can diagnose and treat this effectively.

Yeah try changing washing powder or creams that you useon your arms and legs. But its a good idea to see your doctor.
