I attemped suicide last night.. I told my mate because he allways has ways of helping me stop cutting but he told my ex boyfriend (who I'm still close to) that I cut 411 times.. Thinking he knew everything I mentioned about me cutting my neck and he went mad cause he didn't know.. Now he might have phoned the police and I'm seriously freaking out about it cus he won't answer me either :'( my parents can't know, and I'm really terrified that the police will be at the door soon.. Please help me.. I don't know what to do :'(

Stay calm. The police arent going to put you away or anything. Most important thing is to stay cool and just keep tring to call him. you will be ok

If the cops do show up, don't worry, they won't do shit. They have better things to worry about.

Just take a deep breath, the cops won't put you away. They may make you see a theripist, but that would be the extent of it.
