So how do you self harm?

From the ages of 11-13 i self harmed from time to time, my method was burning matches on the palm of my hand. How about yall?

I know I'm not a mod but I'd just like to say if anyone posts here please don't say things that might give people ideas!
I cut and do something else to leave scrapes and abrasions on my arms...

I agree with lizardqueen- I'm sure as hell not encouraging people to do what I do. It's a really bad thing!

I don't SI much anymore, but I started off cutting with a knife on my upper arms, then it evolved into a razor on my legs...when my mom accidently found out about that I turned to hitting myself, brusis are much easier for me to explain then cuts, being a athlete and all...
I tend to scratch myself to when I'm really stressed out.
