Eat, eat and eat some more. Carbs, protein and a fair bit of fat. Then hit the gym

hahah I just answered a weight loss thread.
ill be brief
basically the definition of weight gain or weight loss is calorie intake over calories burned per day
if you intake 1,000 and burn 2,000 (which is inaccurate anyways) then you'll be losing weight if you intake 2,000 and burn 1,000 then you gain weight. and if its fairly even, then you dont change at all.
you cant just lift weights and drink a lot of milk because that doesnt help especially because if you really are underweight (which is the only reason you should want to gain some is if you're underweight) then lifting weights and running is just going to make you burn more calories.
just eat more. eat lean things like meat, drink milk which is good for you, have a big meal. and if you're doing an exercise plan maybe lay off.
but generally when your metabolism is that high its very hard to bulk up
you can try protein powders and shakes aswell

I already eat.
Normally my snack between lunch and dinner is more than 750 calories...everyday
I don't exercise very much or often.
My idea is gain weight without eat more that i already eat, because i can't eat much more without puke, and then exercise...

Do strength exercising and eat plenty of healthy fat/protein.
Strength exercising can be anything from lifting weights, to push-ups. Don't expect immediate results, and you'll be fine.
Look on some bodybuilding forums if you want more info. I don't know much about weight gain, heh.

you need to increase your carb intake ALOT. most hardgainers are able to eat 700 grams of carbs a day. When bodybuilders cut weight the first thing they do is limit their carb intake, so to gain weight just do the reverse.

like most people here said, eat. If you are serious about gaining weight, then you gotta start eating more meals, but in smaller portions. So say you eat 3 meals a day that equal 3,000 calories. Instead, you should try eating 6-7 meals a day, but smaller meals so you can exceed 3,000 calories without getting full or puking. And you ain't gonna be getting any muscle without lifting weights. If you start lifting on a regular basis with a routine for the week, you will be happy you are eating a lot. It would also help if we knew your height and weight, and how much calories you are getting in a day. For example, if you are 130lbs and you eat 2,000 calories a day, I can already tell you that you are definitely not going to be gaining anything eating that much calories. Instead, you should be eating at least 3,000-4,000 calories a day just to keep up with the calories you lose from working out. But if you have a fast metabolism like me, then just to gain one pound, you will need to take in another 3,000 calories, so 6,000 calories in total. But the bad thing people teach new people to gaining a lot of weight is that people tell them you need to eat as much as you can everyday. The right thing you should be doing is eating your regular 3,000 calories a day to keep your body weight normal, but take in maybe another 500-700 calories everyday so at the end of the week, you will have eaten that extra 3,000 calories needed to gain one pound. If you want to stay healthy and eat the right way, you seriously should only be gaining 1-2 pounds a week, and nothing more than that or else you will start getting sore stomachs and even worse, experience kidney stones like I did when I was trying to bulk up 14 pounds for wrestling season. Let me know if you need help, i'm always here to give advice to people on gaining weight and working out.
