if you can avoid it dont, if youre working out you immune system will be split fighting your sickness, and repairing your body from your workout. you can workout still but you may see that your sickness is staying around longer then what it should be.

Yeah its fine really, just probably won't be able to train as hard

Your body is getting quite a workout by fighting the infection. You may not notice it(your muscles won't change during that time), but your immune system gets stronger.
It all goes away eventually, you'll be back to normal in no time :)
