Hi im 13 and im short and chubby and i dont like to be nude or anything infront of other people and i need to loose weight and i was wondering if anyon could help me out :) thanks ( P.S im not a good at running )

Well, first you need to make sure your diet is right. Then you can focus on exercise. You don't have to run right away. You can start out walking until you build the strength to run. Push-ups, planks, squats, and pull-ups are all nice and free workouts.

Tell you what, I want to play in the NHL but I don't feel like learning to skate....just a example lol but first you need to realize that it will take lots of hard work and determination, no cheating and if you want to keep it off you'll have to do it the long grueling hard way, because there is no shortcuts......tell us about your diet and your current activitys level first, then I can help

my diet is eating 3 main meals a day but not over portions and not stuffing myself and eating home made food, and some snacks in between and i try make them healthy, and i usually go for walks once a week but im gunna try go for some more often.

Replace all your sweet things (chocolate, etc) with fruit, do 30 minutes of exercise a day, this could be something as simple was walking, cycling or swimming. Anything that raises your heart rate is good for you. Do not snack between meals, and cut down on things that have a high salt and sugar content. It will not be easy, but if your determined to do it, you should succeed!

But what are you actually eating? I mean, I can say I eat home made food too, but if that food consists of pancakes for breakfast and spaghetti for dinner...well...not exactly healthy, lol.
Same for snacks, what kind?

Also increase your water intake tremendously, and cut out sugery pop or anything just for now....if you drink pop i can promise you you'll go down 5-10 pounds in a week just by stopping for a while.

eat healthy, but by eating healthy, you can have 6 meals and not get any skinnier, anything is good in moderation my friend. eat healthy, but not too much, and balance that out with physical activities/excersize. try joining a local sports team of somesort. should help :) also you should drink about 8 glasses of water daily, it will help you!

You need to look at diet first, you cant eat three big meals a day, you need to eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep you metabalism going. Eat something during the day if you get hungry like nuts, celary, and other kinds of fruits. Also you can eat sugar free gum (it needs a small amount of Calories) and your body will think your getting more food then just the gum and step up you metabilism (I cant spell metabilism). Now you go to your physical exercise, start by walking each night until your legs feel like their burning, that is the lactic acid in your muscles setting in because you cant get enough oxygen, but dont worry after doing this each night you will realize that you can go further and further everyday you do it. Then once you get bored of walking start power walking then jogging then running then switch between sprinting and running. And when you start jogging and running, before you start do whats called a warm up, walk for 5 mins before starting to jog or run, then after your done jogging or running do whats called a cooldown, walk for your last 5 mins of your regiment. Oh and one major rule DRINK WATER it will quench your first and clean out any impurities in your body, and when you go to take a piss you want your pee to be clear not yellow, that means your hydrated. Hope everything works out bud.

yeah like everyone said basically. make sure your diet is right im currently losing some weight too.
stay away from bread, even whole wheat is iffy because excessive carbs are just really bad for you.
bread is really considered as pasta too, same sort of starchy food.
sugar is another thing, dont always grab the soda at lunch, pick water or maybe some low sugar to no sugar tea
studies show diet soda actually leads to more problems with weight later on in life so just stay away from soda in general
juice is just water sugar and juice concentrate so thats bad
skim milk is a good choice too, tastes the same and is less fattening
and just remember its better to eat a lot of healthy veggies and things like that then just have one cookie, or a small bowl of icecream or a little glass of juice.
filling yourself up on healthy foods is the way to do it, obviously don't stuff your face but definitely dont starve yourself, especially because boys have a harder time starving themselves than girls do, and if you eat a lot less then you're likely to feel horrible and start shoving junk food in your face uncontrollably (believe me, Ive been there)
tell your parents youd like to go on a diet, so they don't buy the unhealthy stuff they usually do.
obviously you need some exercise and a light cardio plan is good to do. not everyone is great at running but it really helps. just go on the treadmill 15-30 minutes 3 days a week and you can increase your minutes and days a week however youd like. just dont exceed 5 days a week.
basically the way to lose weight is you lower your calorie intake and you up your calories burned per day
so if you eat 2,000 calories a day and you burn 1,000 (which is an inaccurate estimate) then you'll gain weight, and if you eat 1,000 a day and burn 2,000 then you lose weight.
good luck! its hard but it pays off, its nice to be able to stand in front of people naked without worrying about your body, you might not ever get to that point of self confidence but if you want to I wish you the best of luck (:

Canned spaghetti isn't.
As MacMilker said, watch your diet and it may look to me that you have a slowish metabolism...
