Please help me, I don't know what to do

I was feeling overwhelmed with stress from finals and I didn't really cut, I just traced the blade on my arm and it left red marks. A lot of them. I have a dance recital dress rehersal and recital tomorrow and sunday. Both of my costumes are sleeveless. Wearing a sweatshirt isn't an option, I'm not allowed. And I can't skip. The marks definitely scream self harm. What the hell do I do now?

You said they just left marks correct?
Alright, well then you can use coverup on your arm. After applying the coverup, use hairspray so that it doesn't smear.

With luck when you wake up tomorrow the marks would be gone.
