Hi I have some questions about disclaimers that are put on websites.

One: if I made a disclaimer for a website do I have to get it legalized or whatever or does it just automatically be active so to speak.

Two: Any advice for making one

You can't say you'll fine/arrest someone if you really can't -.- I don't know the specifics, but basic guidelines should be OK.

Disclaimers do not need to be legalized, just in an open position. Usually at the bottom of a web page.
