Is it really worth refraining from jacking off for a week or so and building up the sexual tension and then releasing? I've got the urge to, as I do it every day but wonder if I should build up? Share thoughts and how it felt to build up and orgasm. Thx.

It depends on the person. I have done it several times in a day and waited a few weeks. Both orgasms felt good but I like to wait a day or two.

I honestly don't feel that it's worth it. The sexual tension that I 'build up' isn't pleasurably equivalent to having sex with my boyfriend on a more regular basis - I'd rather the latter. You might want to give it a go though, some people probably get more from it.
