So I know during puberty that it's the time that guys grow, and also become more lean. I'm wanting to have that ideal body by the time beach season comes around. I especially want to be able to show it off. I am unsure if the stage of puberty has passed where it makes me more lean, because I did about 4 weeks of P90X and I know that made me more lean.
So I'm restarting P90X and I'm 16 years old, I'm staying as good with it as possible. Meaning I'm eating much, much healthier, and I'm doing the exercises.
Currently I have about 10-14% body fat. Or at least enough for my abs to show in the mirror in the morning. My abs are the best in the morning because my stomach isnt full. I really want it to show more details in my abs, and make it more throughout the day. What will make my abs easier to see? Because it shows prominently under direct lighting (like if I were to stand under a ceiling lite) and if I look in the mirror in the morning when my stomach is empty. My skin tone on my stomach is super white FYI.
Also, I'm really wanting to know, what are the obliques? Is it the area right under the nipple?
So like, when someone is really fit and has pecs. The pecs curve right underneath the nipples. Right where it curves you can see the ribs, is that it?
How long does it take to build pecs?
When I breathe in you can see my ribs. But when I breathe out, you can't, but you can feel them to a certain point (feels as if theirs about half an inch of skin, and I know when I see others you can see the ribs no matter what)
Is this a healthy plan? How much body fat will I lose?
So my plan is to eat 4x a day (splurging once a weak or so). And what I eat will be either avocados and salad with tomatoes (or just salad with tomatoes w/ light vinaigrette) in the morning (around 10 or 11 am) then eating that same thing again in the afternoon (1 or 2 pm), then I'll have something light like a fruit or grapes or whatever (at around 4 or 5 pm) then I'll have something like chicken breast or steak with or without a small salad (at around 7 or 8 pm). And on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Fridays ill work out. (sometimes I'll miss wednesday so I'll do it Thursday and then my next workout will be Saturday, but I'll make sure I have at least a 24 hour break)
Would I lose body fat if I did this?
So I love pudding and I get that jello brand chocolate pudding at the store. If I were to make 2 servings of it would I lose body fat? Each serving comes with 3 full cups (not the individual ones, but the one you make at home) and about 500 calories a serving (a total of 1000 for the day). But on workout days I'll have plenty of protein.
