A stupid double standard

A woman gets pregnant and decides to have an abortion, she is basically taking away the kids shot at life, and choosing not to be a mother. People say "she's pro choice! good for her."

A man decides he does not want to be a father, and leaves the wife and child, ending financial support to them. Everyone says "HE IS AN EVIL DEADBEAT SCUMBAG PIG!!" Why is this?

A father leaving a family wrecks several lives - the children, and the mother too. It fucks them over big time and makes them feel like shit. A mother aborts and she stops a kid being entered into a family that doesn't really want the child. The fetus is not aware of it being killed off. It's not a conscious life form. It can't even be compared.

Abortion in most cases just means a woman doesn't have to go through pregnancy and child birth just to put a baby in a position where no one really wants them and resulting in them having a crappy life, along with the parents. A father leaving a family just like that doesn't help anything and is just a selfish act. These are completely different things man.
