I have posted a message on someones wall and it says "this message is moderated", what does this mean please? I have searched through threads but cant find anything :/

It means that your message must first be approved by a staff member before anyone else can see it. This is to prevent people with bad intentions from doing anything illegal.
They all get approved in due time; alas we mods aren't on 24/7 ;)

Until you have 250 posts, any VM you post will have to be approved by a mod. Once you hit 250 posts, then you won't see that message anymore. :)

Yes, just means that we are still approving it. We have to go and decide which ones are appropriate, and which ones aren't! It's a process! Takes time!
