Not everyone actually shoots when they ejaculate, therefore the OP might not at all.

It's normal for you to not to shoot when you ejaculate because you're 13, probably at a fairly early stage through puberty and therefore your body hasn't fully developed. That isn't to say that when you're finished with puberty that you will be able to shoot because some people just can't - it isn't an important thing either way, as long as you're ejaculating then your penis is doing its job.
