It's not legal, definitively not legal. What is your definition of ''okay?'' Is it normal, erm, not really. But probably more normal then people think. Think of the consequences of even asking. If he is straight then it would be a no and he would likely tell your mother - and - that is a disaster waiting to happen. Even if he was bisexual, it is illegal - society labels it as ''Hebephilia.'' Not many people wanna be labeled that. If he was caught, he would be added to the sex offender list (not sure what they call it) and that would make it harder to live life. He couldn't live near schools or parks after he exits prison. So he would likely be poor his whole life.

No, it is absolutely not okay to ask him. If you had sexual encounters with him it would be statutory rape, and he would be in worlds of trouble when someone finds out. Not to mention it could seriously hurt your relationship with your mother. I also seriously doubt he would be okay if he were to be casually asked this by his girlfriends fourteen year old son.
