I don't remember were, but I coulda sworn someone on this site (or maybe I saw it elsewhere?), said that if you have big dick when you're younger it probably won't grow much, while when you have a smaller dick when you're younger it will usually grow to the size of what the other person had when they were younger, but size is different for different guys.
