To be honest, this might not be much help (sorry) but I'm not quite sure eiher, it seems that all black people who have slightly smaller penis' try too hide their penis, but white people with small penis' are OK with showing people. Is this how it works or am I talking bullpoo? sorry if I am :L

There is a logical explanation for this, the penis has lots of blood vessles in it and it acts as a heat exchanger helping to keep the body cool. Black people originate from hot countrys and so it is more important to keep cool hence why their penis size tends to be bigger.

i'm part asian and definitely the smallest of all my friends and most of the boys in the locker room. but at school i have seen all different sizes on all different races and couldn't tell you if race makes a difference.

Well, genetics does play a part in penis size, so if a race has a generally small or large penis size, then it would be passed down through generation. It would make sense, but I can't say if it's true. I've seen one asian penis in my life. He was a little small, but was also 13 at the time and has probably grown since then.
