It's not 'bad', some people would see it as wrong but that's not for them to judge really. You probably did it because you were curious about yourself and your friend, you wanted to see what he was like and he probably wanted the same of you - it's nothing to feel particularly guilty about as long as it wasn't a bad experience and you don't regret it. I wouldn't advise that this becomes a regular thing however, can cause a lot of awkwardness.

This is very normal, and if most straight guys in their teens had the opportunity to do this then they probably would. Regardless of if you're straight gay or bi, you're still going to want to do those things and experiment, it's part of the natural hormones. This shouldn't affect your straight sexuality at all.
