All she does is compare me...

I like this girl a lot, honestly I do... I don't think I've ever liked anyone this much, but all she ever does is compare me to other guys... Saying I should be as muscular, saying that the other guys are funnier than me... She doesn't say it in a negative tone...just...I don't know... We have our moments but many times it just ends up being me compared to another person...

It doesn't anger me at all it just confuses me.

It's not that I'm jealous... I know I sound stuck up when I say this, but I'm not the jealous type.I know that because people tell me of all these situations where I should be, and I'm not... Jealousy was just something I never really... I dunno... Learned? I just want to know why she is doing it... She never compares anyone else to so many people. Just me. It confuses me more than anything, really.

Just ask her why she compares you so much to other guys, but try not to get her mad or think that you're becoming jealous. Try not to make it a big deal when you talk to her.

Exactly. It might be a little upfront, but it's true, why date you when all she's going to do is compare you? Honestly. If my girlfriend were to compare me to everyone else, I'd probably get annoyed.

I was just wanting to know why she was doing this. Like I said, she doesn't do this with a negative tone or anything, it's just confusing the hell outuv me. I don't know if she is still stuck in the "hurt them to show you like them" phase that many kids would have around age 5, or what... I don't know if she likes me or not... She acts like she does, but at the same time she does this... Darn you highschool girls, why are you so confusing? ; _ ;
