i've been having like...a stabbing pain in my hand and wrist that wont go away for about a week now....it on the outside of my hand...like my pinky...lol my hands r just in pain in general......
i've tried heat, ice, and braces....but nothings works....


and before anyone says it....its not from masterbating.....lol

multiple times....but they just tell me heat/ice more often.....i've taken a pain killer and that only helped 4 about 10 minutes.....

and im switching doctors in january.....
