Out of room

I have been cutting on my thigh and I am now running out of room on places to cut.....I dont think I like cutting over old scars so I have no idea what I am going to do.

have you thought about trying to stop?... ik its hard but it may be better than cutting other areas... one thing that is helping me to quit is The Butterfly Project... it does help... and then your not marking up you skin...

dont cut over old cuts! it leaves massive scars! i cut a little blok into my thigh and only cut in that! my skin looks like shit there! so it would just make the scares worse! if you run out of space dont you think its time to take a break...mabye take like 3 days off from cutting! just to get your head straight! :) rethink the situation...is it really worth messing up your beautiful legs? think it through! im not trying to be mean...im trying to help :) everttime you think you need to cut...do something else...distract yourself! i said in another post! a sell phone is a wonderful thing in this situation! call somebody! if you really need to cut...go get yourself a toiletpaper roll and cut that! it works with some people! i dont want to give you other places because i dont wan t you to cut! good luck! i hope you okay! :)
