Sorry if this has already been covered loads of times.

Basically I have some facial hair, but not a lot, mostly a moustache. I shave my moustache when it starts growing back again, but now Im getting more chin hair (only fine hair though) im wondering when its time for me to properly start shaving?

also, I live with my mum and my sister so i am a little embaressed to ask my mum to get me a razor and that

Dude, five o'clock shadow is just the hairs growing back in... And let me tell you, it looks a hell of a lot better than long white hairs, or even medium length black hairs on a teenager.

In my opinion, the stage of facial hair we're in(I'm around that too), you should shave. It just looks dumb to have a tiny mustache that won't grow in the cleft between your nose and lips.

5 O'clock shadow will happen no matter when you start shaving, as it is just the hair growing back in. Also, shaving does not make your hairs longer...
