Does anyone get real bad headrush when they stand up? If yes. Do you get it so bad that you faint or black out? If so do you get it nearly every time you stand up

No, I do not.
I recommend you seek medical attention if the problem persists.
Most sincerely,
Robert.

I get some headrush, but only if I have been sitting a long time or I haven't had enough sleep. When you combine the two, the fuzzy gray in the periphery of my vision almost covers everything. I've only blacked out once ever and it was only for a second. I was walking, thinking man am I tired and then OH (expletive) and I was on the ground.

It happens occasionally but I've never blacked out. Had to sit down a couple of times though.

I know what the real name for it is but I was just wondering if anyone has the same intensity as I do. Like blacking out. Thank to everyone who has viewed or shared their own experiences :D

Yeah I get this, but as Dimitri said, I have Orthostatic hypotension. I'm on meds for it and they help a lot.
If it persists ask for a tilt table test. That's how they can really diagnose you, and hopefully find meds too treat it.

OK, for first. Don't worry, many people around the world get these "head-rushes, . Basically what happens is that:
If you have been sitting/lying down for a long time the blood in your body is only really needed in your head (and other vital organs) , not your muscles. So your head is basically "full of blood".
When you stand-up again and start walking your muscles all of a sudden are needing blood, so your body panics and sends most of the blood to your muscles, then, because your brain is being starved of blood, you get a TEMPORARY severe headache which in most cases lasts about 10-20 seconds long. During this headache you might experience, TEMPORARY vision loss, breathing difficulties and in VERY RARE cases, fainting.
Then after about 5 seconds of your headache kicking in, the body thinks. "OMG, we forgot about giving blood to the head!" and then your body sends the appropriate amount of blod to your head, this is when the headache stops.
Now that I've explained what happens, hopefully you will see that you don't need to seek medical advice (only seek medical advice if your SEVERE headache last for MORE that 2/3 minutes, this means that your brain isn't getting enough blood.).
If you do get one of these "head-rushes, immediately sit/lye back down to make the headache go away faster. Another way to avoid getting these "head-rushes at all is to get up more slowly if you have been in a stationary position for a long time.
I HOPE I HELPED AND GOOD LUCK!! :D :D :D
