When I was 13, I was 7 inches long, 6 in girth (around). I measure from the top of the top side of my dick to the top, do that too to get accurate results, measuring elsewhere can add inches. You're at about the average size for an adult. So at your age, and probably a very early stage in puberty, that's a very reasonable size. If you continue growing then you'll get into the average size of the average and then possibly even larger - but perhaps not. Nobody can tell you.
