Well me nd my ex broke up like 6 moths ago nd i hated her. A few time in between those 6 months she texted me saying she was sorry nd stuff but i just blwe her off nd we got into more fights. Now i kinda feel bad about so should i apologize to her or just leave it be?

Well it seems you've not been very kind to her. She was trying to apologize and it seems you wouldn't let her. Well at least you feel bad for it and yes, you should apologize. You've treated her wrong, acknowledge it and have a bad conscience for it, so apologizing is the next logical step.
