My legs.

Im so screwed. Ive got cuts scars and gashes all up my legs.
And our cadets uniform has changed and on somedays were gunna have to where black tights thin enough to see our skin!

Im not bothered about cadets seeing it cos they wont ask questions.
Its my mum, obviously ill get changed at mine, and then leavr and she'll see and panic and go mental at me.

Please what can i do?

Can't you put a pair of jeans on over the tights when youre at home saying you're cold, then take them off when you get there and put them back on when your mum comes back? It could be a good excuse in the winter and colder months :)

Could you not wear two pairs or something?

I know what you mean until recently my scars were really visible all over my legs even through opaque tights however I've not cut my legs for almost a year and they're a lot less noticeable. But I used to walk with my bag in front of my legs or just always walk to the side. Something like that might do for now?

Make up can make the scars a little less visible, and that with the combination of the tights could make them barely noticable?

I remember my mum one time saying that I have an "insect bite" on my leg... No mum that was actually a scar..

All the above suggestions are pretty good. Make up, extra pair of tights, trousers whilst in the house. Anything to cover up basically, and the most important thing to do is stay casual, dont act weird because if not your mum will notice. I dont know how mums pick up on it but they do :cool:
