I cant get out and run or walk coz im in bording school and we're only allowed out on wednesdays so the rest of the week im in the school. Can anyone help me come up with a workout that could be effective? I'm 5'5'' and over 200lbs and i wanna lose as much as possible, i've been losing 2lbs a week just by changing what i eat slightly so i wanna work out and see how much else i can lose...
Help and maybe a buddy would be greatly apprciated :)

Why not the basics? Pushups, squats, planks, pullups. They're free and you can do them wherever. :P

I'll be a 'buddy' if you'd like. I would like to work out and that would be motivation... :)
