I was shocked to find out how many of my mates don't really drink anymore because they reckon alcohol causes you to put on weight , Do you drink ? or am i the only one who still does :confused:

I used to binge on it. It let me down and I'll quite confidently say, led me to the darkest point in my life. I've learned to moderate - more of a 'social drink' than anything. Sure, I may drink a lot compared to some, but never to a point where I lose physical control over my senses anymore :) Much.

Alcohol makes people disgusting. It's a depressant too, and I think I have enough problems without adding alcoholism on top. I never, ever drink.
