If you own both a PS3 and Xbox 360

Why do you own both? Please not that this question is only for people who own both of the mentioned consoles. If you own only one, then your input would be irrelevant.

Exclusive games... I'm mainly a 360 person, but I have a ps3 for games like,uncharted, killzone,etc...

Well, I don't own both, but I did for a bit. When I did, it was just because I got them as birthday presents. Due to choices that I could not make or partake in, I ended up having to sell the 360. I preferred it over the PS3, mostly because I use to be an addict of Gears of War and Halo. Also, I got way less problems from it.

I currently own both and I prefer the Xbox 360. I like the layout of the controller better, the online service is pretty good for what you pay for, security is tighter. I just overall like it better.

I own both because my sister wanted a system, so I got her a PS3.

I play most on the PS3 unless it doesn't have trophies. Otherwise I'll play on Xbox, also if it's fallout I'll play on Xbox in order to install game to HDD to reduce glitching and freezing and lag.

I prefer PS3 overall.

I have a PS3 and an xbox. The main reason for this is because in May 2010 I was getting a lot of hassle over Xbox Live and so decided to sell my first Xbox and buy a PS3. However I complained that PS3 was dull and extremely boring and I missed some of the banter on Xbox. For Christmas in 2011 my parents bought me another xbox but we still use the PS3 sometimes (mainly by my dad)

Playing games just for the achievements/trophies is a bad excuse not to play on a certain system.

My uncle has both and he only got the Xbox for the kinect. To go with his 3 friggin ps3 s, I think it's obvious which one he likes more.

I prefer the controller on Xbox, but love PS3 exclusives (Metal Gear Solid, inFamous, Uncharted, etc).

If I had both, i'd probably play most 3rd party games, especially bethesda titles on the xbox, since they're coded more efficiently.

Otherwise i'd play all the exclusives and online on ps3, so I could buy another game instead of XBL. Some games have better perks on ps3 (free DLC etc) so i'd probably play them.

Bought a ps3, when I already had a 360, for the bluray player, but later for the free multiplayer membership. Hardly even use my XBox anymore. Looking to sell it.
