Hai, tomorrow I have ROTC and I guess we're doing pt, just idk what that is and im kind of scared about it because im not active at all... I think my last mile I ran in PE was like 15 mins...so is there anything I should do to try to improve my runnign time.

Also I have asthma and its going to be outside and its like 35-45 degrees ouside first period...

Thats something that I havnt broguht with me in previus runs, so maybe that will help if I need it... Thanks

I am a flight commander in my AFJROTC unit with the rank of a c/2nd Lt for out pt we generally run 1 mile and do 1 min of push-ups and sit-ups I have cadets in my flight who run 20 min miles on a good day but after trying their best for every pt after a year they can run the mile in about 10 min and yes bring your inhaler you will need it and try to run with someone it helps alot (I run with my cadets all the time and they actually run faster!) so anyway you should do great wish you the best of luck and feel free to PM me with ANY questions about anything
