going back to old ways

i started cutting again, i just couldnt fake myself that i was okay anymore.
i am not okay. im a mess, i feel like shit everyday. and people are dumping their problems and shit on me. i cant deal with it anymore i am mentaly and physically tired of this shit.

WHOAH!!!! Sounds like a rough deal, but no matter how big an issue things are you can cope with them. I think if you can make a step with trying not to cut so often, use some of the many distraction techinques that get bought up on these forums so often. There is one for everyone and it really does work.

Look honey, you did it before, you can do it again. Instead of saying "Oh I broke again. I'm a mess. I'm so useless." Acknowledge that you feel like crap. Cry about it for a bit. Then keep going with recovery. Try again. Be resilient. Learn from it and let it go.

Life isn't a smooth journey and recovery isn't either. But it -does- get easier. Find alternatives to cutting and for heaven's sake, stop frequenting the psych ward unless you are in need of it. It'll just make you think of cutting more than you already do.

mabye you should take a break for a while...get away from the people around you! just go and relax! maybe you should tell the people what they are doing to you! the best way to sort problems is to talk to somebody about it that you trust! i unfortunatly lost that person! but dont keep it in...it can cause even more pain and problems if you need help im open to help you! you can take your frustration out on me if you like :)

I know this is the self harm section, I know I've never self harmed.. but I just want to say that you need help. maybe ask for it. you obviously want some help that is 90% guarenteed that will do something.. right?
