i am with CAMHS (child adolesent mental health services) have been for 3 or 4 years now, and they dont ever mention my self harm...does any one of yours do it o r have put u on medicine for it? if so...what?

I am with CAMHS, soon to be moved to adult services though.
Erm, they are sort of trying to help me develop some healthier coping mechanisms atm.
What sort of things do they try to help you with? They have to cater to your needs and if you want healthier comping mechanisms then ask if they can help you with that.

wel lall they have done the past few years is give me the bloody junior psyciatrists...who can't even speak english who then put me onto sum drug that makes me feel shite....but they dont talk abotu my self harm, they dont offer any form of support about it...and i think they have given up on me....

You have the right to refuse treatment if you don't want it.
Can you not say this?
"I want to stop hurting myself. Can you help me get some better coping mechanisms?"
