A few questions about Information About Member Forums And Diaries (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=149):
"40 is the current maximum number of simultaneous diaries (not including the Diary HQ)."
How much need is there for diaries? Is there a huge waiting list? If so, are there plans to increase the amount?

This means the order in which the diaries are listed gets changed around so you don't always have the same diaries at the top or bottom.

The current waiting list gets updated periodically in the new diary request thread (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?p=1524080).
