OK I'm 15 today and still have no pubes and the smallest dick in the locker room. swimming season has started and I'm the only boy on the team with no hair.
I know I'm gonna get a lot of replies sayin' Everybody's different don't worry" but is there any guys out there who are or were this late? It's realy embaressing in the locker room and showers

well your going to get some of the same answers as you stated in your post. and its true but i personally wasnt but my younger cousin who just turned 15 a few weeks ago is the same way. he is actually just starting puberty and has no hair down there or anywere. one day you will start and all of a sudden you will be right up there with all the other boys

I agree with Jeremy. You'll start eventually... Probably very soon if you haven't started now. Has your voice started to break? I suppose that, to put your mind at rest, you could go and ask your doctor what he thinks.

I was actually kind of an early starter, but the last time I took pe class (10th grade, 16 yo), I saw a couple of guys in the locker room who were in your situation, so it happens. You ought to start developing soon, but you could get a doctor's exam to see if there's anything wrong. IIRC, doctor's don't worry about delayed puberty and think about jumpstarting it until you're 16 or so.

A friend of mine is in the same boat as you, so you’re certainly not alone. I’m sure it sucks but at least you can rest in the fact that there is no rule that says you’ll start puberty at a certain age. By the way my friend is very hot and all the girls seem to think so too. It will come along I promise.

I am some what in the same boat as you. I got hair and my penis grow a decent amout when I was younger like 13-14. But Im still short. Idk when Ill get a growth spurt. Some times its hard but its just things you have to be patient with.

It's not that you haven't started puberty, it's more likely that you've developed in other areas first or more. For example you may have a deeper voice, grown taller, become more muscular etc. whereas most of your peers have got body hair sooner - it's nothing to be concerned about and eventually you should balance out with other people.
There's not a lot you can do about people seeing that you don't have any pubic hair, depending on your situation specifically you could say that you shave or choose to keep it smooth.

It should start very soon. Puberty happens between 9-16 so you're not the latest!

More like 9-21. It's a really variable thing though so it can start earlier and finish later.

for me the hair came first bigtime (i had a fair amount of arm hair at age 9) and then came the dick growth spurt (around when i turned 14) but my voice just broke about a 3 weeks ago. btw i turn 15 in less than a month. it annoyed me when all my friends voices had gone deeper and mine hadn't, but i just had to wait it out and it happened. point of this rambling: certain parts of puberty hit first and others come later. and you just need to wait and not worry about it. it'll all happen soon enough

being smooth is alot more fun than being harrier than wildabeast. hair just gets in the way. Besides you'll start soon enough, just don't worry too much about it for a while.

Well, you've just said what I thought to tell you in order to liven you up, bro. Nonetheless, let's say I envy you kind of. I wish I didn't have...

You're at the age when people are most insecure about their bodies (that's everyone -- no one wants to look "different.")
There's not really anything you can do. I was a late bloomer myself and it's awkward for a time, but you'll get bigger and hairy, and it'll all be fine.
Skype/AIM me if your want to talk about it more.

Dude, look at freaking Justin Bieber! He didn't do any kind of growing 'till 16! You're fine.
Just a side note- I don't hate Justin Bieber, the guy seems worried and maybe a good laugh will make him feel better...
