My cousin moved in with us 2 months ago. He's around the age of 30 and we don't know a lot about him besides he's trying to get bck up on his feet and get away from his old roomates that were doing drugs..
The other day I was watching 'Pay it Forward' and my cousin came in the house at the part where you can see the teachers burns over his face and chest. My cousin started yelling/chanting "Freak! Freak! Freak!" I'm scared of what he'd say if he saw my cuts.

It happens, honestly. People like that. My mother is like that.
Just don't let him see them. It's just like hiding them from the rest of your family. And if he saw them, just write it off as another accident. What he thinks of them makes no difference to you simply because he is just another opinion in a sea of opinions that are not the truth.

I hate it though...I let Opinions effect me to much.

The way I see it, your scars are an obvious sign that you are struggling with things in your life and anyone that would make fun of you for it is an ass that doesn't deserve you caring about their opinion, plain and simple. I know words can be hurtful, but try not to let other people's opinions affect your opinion of yourself. No matter what anyone might say, scars or no scars, remember that you are a beautiful and wonderful person.

you need to remember what he thinks about it, and his opinons, dont actually matter. What he thinks is his problem not yours.

He won't be with you forever, until then just be a bit more careful hiding them.
What he thinks is his own choice, it doesn't have to mean anything to you.
If he does see them though, you could just pretend you got them some other way.
