i have the PERFECT answer for you. 3-4 months ago, i started the exact same process. i wasnt far enough into puberty to produce enough sperm, and a very little amount of clear liquid came out. it was only enough to cover the surface area of my fingertip.

now, it like a "snowy white" shade (i dont say "milky white" because that basically means thats its as white as it can get, and a lot of people confuse that term). basically, i know that you dont want to hear it, but you will progress over time.

you also probably havent gone through your growth spurt yet either. judging by your progress through puberty.

you are normal, but you are very late in puberty. i am telling you this because we are at about the same pace and i am very late in puberty.

some helpful advice, dont go showing your dick to any old kid, because they ill probably have a bigger dick than you and more hair, etc. also, if a girl happens to see your dick (that has been with other guys before too) ;] haha than make sure you tell her before hand that you are a little behind in puberty and stuff because she might think that your some kind of "freak". i am only saying this because a lot of girls have base guys's penis size on porn that they've seen, and pornstars are like 8-9+ inches, so they sometimes assume that everyone is.
